You can take options when registering or later in your personal space then by clicking on “Modify my registration” up to one month before the date of the event.

You have the possibility of having a bag of personal belongings which will be available at Doussard.

The drop bag must be left on Friday when you come to collect your bib (depending on your bib collection slots – between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. – no drop bags will be taken at the start!!

You will find your drop bag at the Doussard refreshment point.
The organization will repatriate the drop bags to Annecy at MaXi-Village. You can collect it on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Buses are obligatory for the Semi’O and the MaXi’O

There is no bus to transport the torchbearers.

Your bib number will be assigned approximately 1 month before the event when registrations close. You will be able to see it in your personal space.

Your number will be established automatically according to your performance index (ITRA or UTMB depending on the year) and will determine your starting wave and/or SAS.
If you make an error when entering your name or date of birth you will not be recognized. You will therefore leave in the last SAS.
Once the number has been assigned, it will no longer be possible to make any modifications.

We differentiate the waves and the starting SAS:

A departure wave corresponds to a departure time
For each wave, there can be 1 or 2 SAS in order to distribute the runners within the starting wave according to their level and make the starts more fluid.

Your race time will begin when you cross the starting line.
The time barriers are calculated based on the departure time of the last wave.
Failure to comply with the SAS and/or starting wave results in sanctions including exclusion from the race as indicated in the regulations.

Elite bibs are accessible only for the MaXi-Race and the Marathon-Race within the limits of the quantities reserved for runners with a performance index:

Women: more than 700 performance index
Men: more than 820 performance index

Following the reduction in the number of runners on the races, the number of elite bibs is limited, if you meet the criteria and if you would like an elite bib, we invite you to make a request by email to

Please note below the 2023 Prize money, the 2024 projection will be made in October.

MaXi-Race:
1st Man/Woman: $5000 + €1500
2nd Man/Woman: $1500 + €1000
3rd Man/Woman: $1000 + €500
Then for the others: €200* for runners completing less than 10h20 of running for men and 12h20 for women
*limited to the first 14 men and 14 women in the ranking.

Marathon-Race / surprise race:
1st Man/Woman: $5000
2nd Man/Woman: $1500
3rd Man/Woman: $1000

All information relating to the race will be grouped together in the runner’s booklet which will be sent to runners a few weeks before the event and which will be available on the website.
